How to request deletion of your Edition Unlocked account and what happens to your data.
1. Your Data Rights
You may request deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it at any time. This page explains what is deleted, what is retained, and how to make a request.
2. What We Store
Your Ambassador account: name, email, tier, personal link, and commission record.
Your order history: print number, product type, shipping address, and payment confirmation for prints you have purchased.
Your Ambassador activity: clicks and qualifying sales generated through your link, and commissions earned.
3. How to Request Deletion
To request account deletion, contact the Developer at support@editionunlocked.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject 'Account Deletion Request.' You may also request deletion by phone at 1 (304) 283-1902. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
4. What Happens When You Delete
We remove your personal information — such as your name, email, and shipping address — from active records.
Your Ambassador link is deactivated so it no longer generates clicks or sales. Your entry on any public leaderboard is removed.
Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you may be retained for analytics.
5. What We Retain
Certain records are retained even after deletion where required by law, including tax and financial records related to commissions paid to you and order records required for edition provenance and limited-edition verification. These records are retained only as long as legally required and are kept secure.
6. Response Time
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation at the email address used for the request once deletion is complete.
