Official Rules
The official rules for the Edition Unlocked print sale and giveaway, including the original artwork performance award. These rules are provided within the app as required by the App Store.
1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored solely by Guardswell Enterprises, Inc. (the "Developer"), located in the United States. The Developer is responsible for all aspects of the promotion, including administration, prize fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws.
2. Apple Is Not a Sponsor
Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any way with, this promotion. Apple has no responsibility or liability for the promotion, its rules, or the awarding or fulfillment of any prize. This promotion is conducted solely by the Developer, and all questions, claims, or disputes should be directed to the Developer, not to Apple.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to individuals who are of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence. Employees, officers, and directors of Guardswell Enterprises, Inc., and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to win prizes. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Ambassador Performance Awards
The Original Artwork Award and other Ambassador placement awards are not awarded through a random drawing or game of chance. Awards are determined by the number of verified Qualifying Sales attributed to each eligible Edition Ambassador during the official Edition Period. A Qualifying Sale must be completed, fully paid, not refunded or charged back, and properly attributed to the Ambassador under these Official Rules.
The eligible Ambassador credited with the greatest number of Qualifying Sales at the close of the edition will receive the Original Artwork Award. Second-, third-, and fourth-place awards will be issued according to the final verified leaderboard. Tie-breaking procedures, eligibility requirements, sales-verification standards, and award-delivery terms are described below.
Purchasing a print automatically qualifies an eligible customer for complimentary Collector-Ambassador membership. A free Ambassador enrollment method is also available to eligible individuals who have not purchased a print.
5. How to Enter
There are three ways to become an Edition Ambassador:
Collector — purchase a numbered print. Your account is automatically granted Collector status for life, with no monthly fee and the highest commission rate.
Ambassador Pro — subscribe for $29.99 per month if you prefer not to purchase a print but want an enhanced commission rate. Cancel anytime.
Free Ambassador — activate a free Ambassador account at no cost. No purchase or payment is required. Free Ambassadors receive a personal sharing link, can earn commissions, and may compete for the original artwork performance award.
All Ambassadors earn entries toward the performance award based on verified qualifying sales completed through their personal link. When the complete print run of an edition sells out, the top-performing Ambassador receives the original artwork connected to that edition, subject to verification by the Developer.
6. Prizes & Odds
Prizes, values, and the odds of receiving bonus items are described in the Promotional Disclosure & Odds of Winning section within the app. Additional placement awards may include original studies, artist's proofs, cash, and other collectibles. Prize values are stated in U.S. dollars and are subject to change for future editions.
7. Commission Earnings
Ambassadors earn cash commissions only on completed, qualifying sales generated through their personal links. Commission rates depend on your tier: Collector (30% to 60%), Ambassador Pro (20% to 50%), and Free Ambassador (10% flat). Commissions are paid only on direct, personally generated sales. Earnings are not guaranteed and are subject to these Official Rules and the Commission & Payout Terms.
8. Winner Selection & Notification
Performance awards are determined solely by the Developer based on verified, qualified sales tracked within the app. Winners will be notified using the contact information associated with their account. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within the time stated, the Developer may award the prize to the next qualifying Ambassador.
9. General Conditions
The Developer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond the Developer's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Developer, which are final and binding in all respects.
10. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release Guardswell Enterprises, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, illness, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
