Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of the Edition Unlocked app and Ambassador program.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Edition Unlocked, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Official Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction of residence to create an Ambassador account, purchase prints, or earn commissions. Participation in the promotion is void where prohibited by law.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
4. Ambassador Obligations & FTC Disclosure
Ambassadors earn commissions only on direct, personally generated qualifying sales completed through their personal link. You may not earn commissions on your own purchases or on sales generated through deceptive, automated, or fraudulent means.
As an Ambassador, you are an independent participant, not an employee or agent of the Developer. You are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings and for complying with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws.
Federal Trade Commission guidelines require that Ambassadors clearly disclose their relationship when sharing their link. You must include a clear disclosure (for example, #Ad or 'I earn a commission on sales through this link') on any post or message that includes your Ambassador link.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the app to engage in fraud, self-referral, artificial click generation, spam, or any activity that manipulates sales tracking or the leaderboard. The Developer may suspend or terminate accounts and reverse commissions associated with prohibited conduct.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, prints, branding, and content in the app are owned by the Developer or licensed to it. Your Ambassador link grants you no rights to the artwork beyond sharing the link in accordance with these terms. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the artwork or app content without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The app and the promotion are provided 'as is.' Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on completed qualifying sales. The Developer does not guarantee that the edition will sell out or that any Ambassador will win a performance award.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or participation in the promotion. Total liability is limited to the amount, if any, you paid to the Developer.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from claims arising out of your Ambassador activity, your failure to comply with disclosure laws, or your violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
