How Edition Unlocked collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: your name and email address when you create an Ambassador account or place an order.
Order information: your shipping address, selected print number, product type, and payment confirmation when you purchase a print. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Ambassador activity: your personal Ambassador link, the clicks and qualifying sales it generates, and the commissions you earn.
Usage information: basic device and usage data to operate and improve the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
To process and fulfill your print orders, including production, shipping, and delivery.
To operate the Ambassador program — assigning your tier, tracking qualifying sales, calculating and paying commissions, and maintaining the leaderboard.
To send you order confirmations, Ambassador activation links, and required program communications.
To comply with legal obligations, including tax reporting on commissions paid.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share information with our payment provider to process payments, with production and shipping partners to fulfill orders, and with service providers who help operate the app. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Order and commission records are retained as required for tax and legal record-keeping, even after an account is deleted. See the Account & Data Deletion page for how to request deletion.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact the Developer using the information on the Contact & Customer Support page.
6. Children's Privacy
Edition Unlocked is not directed to children under the age required to enter the promotion in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy in the app and update the effective date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
